喜树碱与β-胡萝卜素相互作用的光谱研究

Spectroscopic Study on the Interaction between Camptothecin and β-Carotene

应用荧光发射光谱和异步相关光谱对喜树碱与β-胡萝卜素间的相互作用进行研究。研究结果表明,喜树碱与β-胡萝卜素间存在相互作用,且二者间的相互作用使喜树碱荧光发射光谱的峰宽、峰位和峰强均发生了变化。

The interaction between camptothecin andβ-carotene was studied by using fluorescence emission spectrum and asynchronous correlation spectrum.The results show that there is interaction between camptothecin andβ-carotene,and the bandwidth,peak position and intensity of the fluorescence emission spectrum of camptothecin are varied under the interaction.
