明代舟山海防被忽略之原因及其影响

The reasons and influence of Zhoushan's coast defense ignored in Ming Dynasty

有明一代,倭患一直是危害东部沿海的重大问题,其中浙江地区尤为严重。明朝虽然重视浙东区域的海防建设,但因保守的海防思想和舟山自身的局限,作为浙东门户的舟山的战略地位却被忽略,不仅使得舟山防御力量薄弱,也同样削弱了浙东地区的防御纵深,最终使得舟山沦为海盗、走私的大本营。而明代统治者对海洋重要性的漠视,也对后来中国的历史走向产生了重要影响。

In the Ming dynasty, the trouble of Japanese pirates had been a major issue in east coast, especially in Zhejiang. For this purpose, the Ming government attached great importance of coastal defense construction in this area. Oddly, Zhoushan's strategic position had been ignored, and eventually made it turned out to be the home of the pirates and smuggler. This paper tries to explore the reason and the impact of ignore about Zhoushan's strategic position, and it even witnesses that the leaders pay little attention to the importance of the ocean, which has almost determined the development of our histories.
