女性骨关节炎患者血浆和关节液瘦素与脂联素水平及相关分析

The analysis of leptin and adiponectin levels in plasma and synovial fluid of osteoarthritic women

目的研究女性骨关节炎患者血浆和关节液中瘦素和脂联素的水平。方法测定26例患者血浆和关节液中瘦素和脂联素,以及关节液中蛋白聚糖的降解片段。结果关节液瘦素和脂联素均低于其血浆水平,且与其血浆水平均无明显相关,关节液脂联素与蛋白聚糖降解片段正相关。结论瘦素和脂联素可能通过局部作用参与OA代谢通路。

Objective To investigate leptin and adiponectin level in plasma and synovial fluid of osteoarthritic women.Methods 26 paired plasma and synovial fluid samples were analyzed by ELISA.Results Leptin and adiponectin levels in synovial fluid of osteoarthritic women were significantly lower than those in plasma,and did not obviously correlated with those in plasma.Adiponectin was positivly correlated with aggrecan fragments in synovial fluid.Conclusion Leptin and adiponectin might be involved in metabolic pathway of osteoarthritis by local effects.
