Fe_2O_3/SiO_2介孔组装体系的制备和吸收边的光学性质

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法获得SiO2介孔固体,用浸泡-加热分解法将Fe2O3颗粒组装在SiO2介孔固体中,构成不同复合量的块材Fe2O3/SiO2介孔组装体系.观察到复合量的不同及退火处理后造成吸收边的移动,表明了量子限域效应. Monolithic mesoporous silica were prepared by sol-gel technique and the Fe2O3/SiO2 assembly systems with different Fe2O3 loading were obtained by immersing and drying as well as thermal reaction. It is observed that the absorption edge of the Fe2O3/SiO2 shift in comparison with that of the bulk Fe2O3 as the temperature change as well as Fe2O3 loaded concentration. It exhibited that the effect on quantum size results in the shift of the absorption edge.
