摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法获得SiO2介孔固体,用浸泡-加热分解法将Fe2O3颗粒组装在SiO2介孔固体中,构成不同复合量的块材Fe2O3/SiO2介孔组装体系.观察到复合量的不同及退火处理后造成吸收边的移动,表明了量子限域效应.
Monolithic mesoporous silica were prepared by sol-gel technique and the Fe2O3/SiO2 assembly systems with different Fe2O3 loading were obtained by immersing and drying as well as thermal reaction. It is observed that the absorption edge of the Fe2O3/SiO2 shift in comparison with that of the bulk Fe2O3 as the temperature change as well as Fe2O3 loaded concentration. It exhibited that the effect on quantum size results in the shift of the absorption edge.
