摘要 考察絮凝剂阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺的用量、絮凝温度和pH值对发酵液絮凝除杂质及过滤的影响.获得较好的实验条件为:在适度的搅拌下絮凝剂的加入量为0.008%质量浓度,絮凝温度为35℃,pH值为3.该研究为发酵工业采用阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝分离林可霉素发酵液中的杂质提供参考依据. Flocculation and filtration techniques of lincomycin fermentation broth were studied. Experimental results showed that the dose of flocculant cationic polyacrylamide affected considerably the efficiency of flocculation and filtration of lincomycin fermentation broth. Superior operation conditions obtained from the tries were that the concentration of cationic polyacrylamide was 0.008%, flocculation temperature was 35 ℃, and flocculation pH value was 3 in the broth with appropriate agitation.
