从工程承包的风险概率及相关性入手 ,运用 ABC分类法确定风险等级 ,设计了工程建设风险管理程序 ,进而制定相应的风险对策 ,以减少风险损失 .

This paper presents a program of construction risk management. Start with risk probability and its correlation of construction contract, ABC classification is applied to determine risk grade and then the relevant risk countermeasures is worked out to reduce risk loss.
