摘要 为揭示低温对中缅树鼠句 解偶联蛋白 1(UCP1)含量的影响 ,我们将中缅树鼠句 分为 3组 ,1组为对照组 ,室温饲养 .2组和 3组分别在低温冷驯化 14d ,2 8d ,提取各组动物体内的褐色脂肪组织 (BAT)中的UCP1,并用Folin -酚法定量测定蛋白质含量 .结果 :随着冷驯化时间的延长 ,中缅树鼠句 UCP1含量有增加的趋势 .结论 :冷刺激是诱发了UCPmRNA的转录活性的重要因素 。 To reveal the effect of low temperature on the change of uncoupling protein 1(UCP1) content in the tree shrews, we used the method of the Folin Phenol protein quantitation. Rerults: With the days increased in low temperature, UCP1 content increased. Conclusion: Low temperature might induce the activity of transcript in UCPmRNA and UCP content was increased.
