新生儿窒息脐血红细胞内腺嘌呤核苷酸水平变化

摘要 目的 :探讨新生儿窒息后脐血红细胞内腺苷三磷酸 (ATP)、腺苷二磷酸 (ADP)、腺苷一磷(AMP)含量的变化。方法 :分三组 :正常对照组 (2 0例 )、轻度窒息组 (10例 )、重度窒息组 (10例 )。采用高效液相色谱方法 (HPLC)分别测定其脐血红细胞内ATP、ADP、AMP的含量。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,轻度窒息组红细胞内ATP、ADP含量降低。重度窒息组红细胞内ATP、ADP含量明显降低 ,两组AMP含量与正常对照组比较均无明显变化。轻、重度窒息组相比较 ,ATP含量差异明显 ,而ADP、AMP含量差异不明显。结论 :本研究揭示了新生儿窒息后脐血红细胞内能量代谢的改变及其可能的病理生理机制 ,对早期诊断和防治新生儿窒息有重要理论和临床价值。 OBJECTIVE: To determine intraerythrocyte adenosine triphosphate(ATP), adenosine diphosphate(ADP)and adenosine monophosphate(AMP) concentrations in umbilical cord blood from asphyxial neonates.METHODS: Forty neonates were divided into three groups according to their Apgar scores: the normal control, the slight asphyxial and the serious asphyxial newborns. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to measure ATP,ADP and AMP levels. RESULTS: the ATPand ADP levels of the slight asphyxial newborns were lower than in controls. Also, theATP and ADP levels of the serious asphyxial newborns.were found significantly lower than in controls, and theAMP levels of the two groups did not change significantly compared with the controls. Between the slight and the serious asphyxial newborns, only the ATP levels were statistically different.CONCLUSION: Asphyxia affect the metabolism of erythrocytes. The decrease of ATP correlated with the extent of asphyxia.
