摘要
目的 :设计臂丛神经根性撕脱伤实验研究的动物模型。方法 :选用Wistar大鼠 ,经颈后正中切口 ,半椎板及小关节切除 ,显露臂丛神经根 ,造成臂丛神经根性撕脱伤的动物模型 ,并将撕脱脊神经根再植入脊髓 ,用组织病理学方法观察神经肌肉组织变化。结果 :术后 2个月时 ,实验组再植C6神经根及神经节生长良好 ,其内可见少量新生神经纤维长入 ,肱二头肌肌萎缩轻 ;失神经组撕脱之神经纤维变性、崩解、吸收 ,肱二头肌肌萎缩明显。结论 :为臂丛神经根性损伤的实验研究提供一个新颖的具有科学性。
OBJECTIVE: To devise a new experimental model for treatment on root avulsion of brachial plexus in rats.METHODS: 42 adult male Wister rats were divided into three groups. Through a posterior approach, to resect hemilemina of vertebra and micro joint, C5~7 nerve roots were avulsed from the spinal cord, and the avulsed ventral root of C6 was inserted superficially into the spinal cord. Histopoathology methods were performed postoperatively to observe the changes of nerve and muscle.RESULTS: After 2 months postoperatively there are a few of myelinated fibers to regenerate into the implanted ventral roots, and biceps brachii was atropic lightly in the experimental group. And in the denervated rats, nerve fibers degeneration, collapse absorption and myatrophy were apparent. CONCLUSION: A new scientific reasonable experimental animal model was provided to study root avulsion of brachial plexus.
