试飞员心理品质与工作的关系

Description of the connection between psycholoical diathesis and work for a test pilot

目的 :为保证试飞安全和提高飞行劳动效率 ,研究试飞员的心理品质与试飞工作的关系。方法 :通过多年的航卫工作实践经验 ,根据不同型号飞机的技术性能要求 ,对试飞员感知能力 ,注意分配、性格、情绪、意志和疲劳进行调研。结果 :试飞员反映环境中的事物和如何对这些事物进行反应 ,既要从心理学去认识其活动规律和特点 ,也要从生理学去分析其机体的物质基础和活动规律 ,以便尽可能保证试飞安全和提高飞行效率。结论 :试飞风险高 ,安全压力大 ,对试飞员身体状况、心理品质、技术素质、反应程度等方面要求标准高 ,所以试飞员不仅要具有强健的体格 ,精湛的技术、无畏的精神和科学的态度 。

OBJECTIVE: In order to assure fight-test safety and raise labour efficiency, research the connection between psychological diathesis for and fight-test a test pilot.METHODS: According to the experience of many years at aerial nurse and technology function of different helicopters, research the perceptivity, divide of the attention, feeling, volition and tire of the test pilot.RESULTS: A test pilot reflects the things at the fly condition and how to react to the things, not only must know the act disciplinarian and characteristic from psychics, but must analyse the matter base and the act disciplimarian of the economy from physiology, so that as quickly as possible ensure safety of flight-test and raise fly efficiency.CONCLUSION: Risk of flight-test is high, pressure of safety is great, requested standard of test-pilot's person status, psychological diathesis, technology making and extent of feedback is high, so the test pilot not only need to have study physique, consummate technology, intrepidity and scientific attitude, but must possess a series of excellent psychology diathrsis.
