摘要
本文论述具有适应生产能力大、热能回收利用率高、大型转动设备透平化、单系列设备、高温高压、低温有毒害、易燃易爆等特点的30万吨/年合成氨装置的联锁系统的设计,特别强调了联锁系统在开车过程中的作用和地位,并阐述了生产过程连续性较强的大型化工厂,提高联锁保安系统可靠性,对工厂经济效益的重要作用。
The paper describes the design of interlocking systems for large single train ammonia plant with a capacity of 300000t/a with peculiarities as high recovery of heat energy, using turbines in large rotating machines, high pressure, high temperature and low temperature, poisoning, flammable and explosive materials…etc., and pays special attention to its function and place in plant start up. The importance of liability of interlocking safety systems to economical benefits of large scale plant which demands a highly continuous operation is also refered to.
