摘要
复合活化热钾碱液NCR-PC_3是在已开发的复合催化剂的基础上,经过实验、模试筛选出的一种新颖的更有效的脱除CO_2净化剂,既可加快吸收和解吸CO_2过程,提高吸收容量,降低再生热耗,还解决了采用单一空间位阻胺作为活化剂因蒸汽压高在脱碳工业化应用中的损耗问题。使应用厂家获得较好的经济效益。
Based upon developed complex catalysts, by means of experiments and model scale tests a new more effective complex activator NCR-PC_3 for CO_2 removal using hot potassium carbonate solution was screened and selected out. The new catalyst can not only speed CO_2 absorption and desorption reactions, increase operation capacity and decrease heat of solution regeneration, but also decrease the loss of sterically hindered amine due to its high vapor pressure when used as a single promotor, and thereby brings the cus tomers more economieal benefits.
