摘要
根据均温型甲醇合成塔的结构特点。通过触媒装填、升温还原、操作运行等表明具有生产能力和空时产率大,触媒层温差小,可提高触媒生产能力,延长使用寿命。
Through the practice in filling, temperature elevating and reduction of the catalyst and operation running, it is shown that due to the new featuresof the structure of homogeneous temperature type methanol synthetic towers, they have the important advantages of high production capacity and space velocity yield, and small temperature difference in catalyst layer, increasing output and life span of catalyst thereby.
