摘要
通过对球面点支承、单托盘支承及弹簧束中心支承推力轴承的理论计算与试验结果的分析对比 ,说明不同结构的中心支承推力轴承在各种工况下的运行性能及适用范围 ;认为弹簧束中心支承是一种较好的中心支承结构形式 ,具有承载能力大、温升低、最大油膜压力小及运行稳定的特点 。
The operating performance and application arrange of thrust bearing centrally supported by several different constructions are indicated throughcalculating analysis and testing, and compares with other centrally supporting bearing made for thrust bearing centrally supported by spring mattress Because of its better properties, such as lower temperature, lower oil film pressure peak, bigger carrying capacity and operating stability, the bearing centrally supported by spring mattress can be widely used in the field of Pumped Storage Unit
