A Summary of Performance Test Run of Weifang and Yuanshi 40000 t/a Urea Plants with CO2 STripping Process

本文详细列出潍坊、元氏两厂尿素装置生产技术考核测定数据。考核结果装置产量、产品质量以及水、电、蒸汽的消耗均优于考核规定的指标。水、电、蒸汽能耗低于设计值。考核数据表明,碳铵改产尿素采用CO_2气提法生产工艺,技术上是可行的。水、电、蒸汽能耗达到国内尿素生产先进水平。

This article lists the detailed data obtained from the performance test run of Weifang and Yuanshi urea Plants. The results prove that the output of plants, quality of product and consumption of water, power and steam are better than the redetermined indexes. The consumptions mentioned above is lower than the designed values. The data show that transforming ammonium bicarbonate production into ureausing CO_2 stripping process is technically practicable and the consumption of water, power and steam reaches the advanced levelof domestic urea production.
