摘要
提出了一种用计算机图形学最基本的光线追踪算法和Torrance-Sparrow光照模型来三维显示棋盘上放置光滑黄色球的方案,给出了方案的设计原理,最后通过软件实现证明,该方案可得到良好的三维显示效果。由显示结果可见,光滑黄色球的不同角度光亮效果以及阴影效果清晰可见,棋盘的不同部分明暗效果明显。
A Solution of displaying yellow ball on a chessboard in 3-dimension using the fundamental ray-tracing algorithm and torrance-sparrow light model in computer graphics is presented. The theoretic principle of the solution is given in this article. Finally a good effect in 3-dimension is attained by programming. The light effect of the smooth yellow ball from different view points and the effect of the shadow can be clearly seen, and the light effect of diffent parts of the chessboard is also distinct.
