摘要
利用自由基沉淀聚合反应合成了不同组成的、具有可逆溶解 -沉淀性能的甲基丙烯酸 -苯乙烯 -顺丁烯二酸酐三元共聚物载体 ,并测定了其临界 pH值 (2 .4 7~ 3.5 1) .利用载体上的酸酐基团固定葡萄糖淀粉酶 ,得到了具有液相酶和固相酶两者优点的固定化酶 .考察了单体组成、固定化反应时间对固定化酶酶活的影响和可回收利用性 .固定化酶 (湿 )酶活可达 2 347u/ g ,经溶解 -沉淀循环 3次回收后的固定化酶酶活可保留 73% .
A copolymer of methacrylic acid_styrene_malcic anhydride was prepared in toluene. It exhibited the reversible precipitation_solubility when pH value of the solution was changed. The glucose amylase was immobilized using the copolymer as a carrier. The immobilized glucose amylase was insoluble a critical pH and soluble above the critical pH. The factors effecting on the activity of the immobilized enzyme were studied.
