摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定工业对氨基苯磺酸中的几种微量杂质 (邻氨基苯磺酸、间氨基苯磺酸、苯胺 ) .以 0 .1mol/L磷酸二氢铵为流动相 ,采用SUPELCOSILLC - 18-DB (5 μm ,15 0mm×4 .6mmI .D .)色谱柱 ,紫外检测波长 2 0 5nm ,流速 1mL/min .方法快速准确、灵敏度高、重现性好 ,测定结果令人满意 .
A sensitive analytical method for the simultaneous determination of micro o-amino-benzene sulfonic acid,m-amino-benzene sulfonic acid and aniline as micro impurities in p-amino-benzene sulfonic acid by high performance liquid chromatography was described.The reactive mixtures were separated on a SUPELCOSIL LC-18-DB reversed phase column (5 μm, 150 mm×4.6 mm I.D.), with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution(0.1 mol/L) as mobile phase,which flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and detected at 205 nm.The proposed method was applied to simultaneous determination of micro impurities in industrial product p-amino-benzene suffonic acid, and the results were satisfactory.
