国民经济系统是一个典型的灰色系统 ,本文利用了灰色系统中五步建模的思想和方法 ,建立了我国固定资产的动态模型 ,测算出固定资产投资率的下限 ,并指出固定资产投资率的合理区间。

Macroeconomic system is a typical grey system.Dynamic model of chinese fixed asset investment is proposed and the low limitation of fixed asset investment rate is calculated,with the five-step model of grey system.It is also pointed that fixed asset investment rate exists rational interval.This is beneficial to regulate and control macroeconomy.
