摘要
根据直接转矩控制原理,在异步电动机数学模型的基础之上,利用MATLAB 6.1软件构造了一个异步电动机调速系统。较为详细地对仿真模型中的定子磁链观测器模块以及开关状态控制模块进行了描述,并简要说明了空间电压矢量作用于磁链,使得磁链矢量产生运动的原理。针对转矩脉动问题进行了深入分析,结合目前较为先进的有效电压矢量作用时间算法,给出了具体可行的解决方案。通过对某一具体参数的异步电动机进行仿真实验,得到电压、电流、转速、转矩以及磁链的仿真波形,同时给出了不同转矩脉动减小方案下的转矩波形对比,从而证明了所提出的方案在实现转矩脉动的减小方面的效果。
The speed control system of asynchronous motor was constructed based on the MATLAB6.1 software. The stator flux observer module and the switch state control module were described. The flux linkage is acted on by the space voltage vector. The issue of decreasing torque pulsation was discussed by combining the advanced effective voltage vector action time arithmetic. The feasible solution was given. Based on the simulation of the asynchronous motors, waveform of voltage, current, rotate speed, torque and flux were obtained. The torque waveform comparisons among the different torque pulsation schemes were given.
