摘要
针对注水井井下可用空间小、环境温度高、压力大等问题,设计了体积小、性能优、效率高的小直径涡轮发电机。通过建立涡轮模型,采用流体动力学软件Fluent对涡轮的紊流流场进行仿真和分析。在现有条件下,通过搭建室内试验系统平台对其性能指标进行测试,研究分析了涡轮发电机性能与流量、转速及电压等参数的定性关系。由于发电机功率受较多因素的影响,结合仿真与实验结果,验证了设计方案的合理性及正确性。
A small-sized, high-performance, high-efficiency small-diameter turbine generator was designed for the small space available in the water injection well, high ambient temperature and high pressure. Through the establishment of the turbine model, the turbulent flow field of the turbine was simulated and analyzed using the fluid dynamics software Fluent. Under the existing conditions, the performance index of the indoor test system platform was tested, and the qualitative relationship between the performance of the turbine generator and the parameters such as flow rate, speed and voltage was analyzed. As the power of the generator is affected by many factors, the rationality and correctness of the design scheme are verified by combining the simulation and experimental results.
