摘要 针对传统应变仪因大量线缆导致的测试难度大、抗干扰性弱、效率低下、精度差、成本高等问题,从现场实际需要设计了一种基于无线WiFi模块、以C8051F350为微处理器的无线静态应变测试仪。重点介绍了应变测试仪关键模块的硬件设计,并对无线应变测试系统软件使用进行简要说明。硬件系统主要包括电源电压转换电路、信号放大调理电路,高精度24位A/D转换数据采集电路和WiFi无线通信模块。经过北京市计量检测科学研究院校准标定和石油井架现场测试实验证实:该套无线静态应变测试仪在应变检测中精度高,稳定性强,高效率,高可靠性,低功耗,具有良好的人际交互界面,应用范围广。 Aiming at the problems of high test difficulty,weak anti-interference,low efficiency,poor precision and high cost caused by a large number of cables in traditional strain gauge,it is design a wireless static strain tester based on wireless WiFi module and with C8051F350 as microprocessor is designed according to the actual needs of the work site.The hardware design of the key modules of the strain tester is introduced,and the use of the software of the wireless strain tester is explained briefly.The hardware system mainly includes power voltage conversion circuit,signal amplification and conditioning circuit,high-precision 24-bit A/D conversion data acquisition circuit and WiFi wireless communication module.The experimental results and filed test prove that the wireless static strain tester has the advantages of high precision,sturdy stability,high efficiency,strong reliability,low power consumption,good interpersonal interface and wide range of applications.
