摘要
针对烧结工艺上的温度控制具有非线性、大滞后、大惯性等特点而难以精确控温问题,提出了一种改进的模糊PID烧结台的温度检测及控制方法。烧结系统以STM32为核心设计硬件电路,同时通过设计一个积分分离式的模糊PID控制算法,提高控温精度。仿真结果表明,该控制系统具有较强的抗干扰性,有效降低了烧结温度的超调量与系统的调节时间,满足实际工业生产需求。
In view of that the temperature control of the sintering process is nonlinear,large hysteresis,large inertia and so on,it is difficult to precisely control the temperature problem,an improved fuzzy PID sintering machine temperature measure and control method is proposed.The sintering system takes STM32 as the core to design the hardware circuit.At the same time,the temperature control accuracy is improved by designing an integral separated fuzzy PID control algorithm.The simulation results show that the control system has strong anti-interference ability,effectively reduces the overshoot of sintering temperature and regulation time,and satisfies the actual industrial production demand.
