摘要 为解决压电陶瓷叠堆高响应,高精度位移输出,设计了一种响应速度可调的压电驱动电源。以单片机PIC18F4685和半桥驱动芯片IR2113为核心器件,采用直流逆变的原理和电压控制型驱动方案,通过模糊控制的方式调节高频逆变器的占空比,从而调节输出电压的大小。介绍了主要电路模块的功能与实现以及模糊控制器的设计过程,并对驱动电源进行测试实验。驱动电源可输出电压范围在-30~120V的梯形波,其电压的上升时间、下降时间、保持时间与延时时间皆可调,输出频率响应范围为0~1kHz,输出稳定性高,保持较小的脉动波纹。 In order to solve the high response and high precision displacement output of piezoelectric ceramic stack,apiezoelectric driving power source with adjustable response speed is designed.Taking the microcontroller PIC18 F4685 and the half-bridge driver chip IR2113 as the core device.DC inverter principle and voltage-controlled driving scheme are adopted to adjust the duty cycle of the high-frequency inverter through fuzzy control to adjust the output voltage.The function and implementation of the main circuit module and the design process of the fuzzy controller are introduced,and the test of the driving power supply is performed.The drive power supply can output a trapezoidal wave with a voltage range of-30~120 V.The voltage of rise time,fall time,open time,and delay time can be adjusted.The output frequency response range is 0~1 kHz,and the output stability is high.Keep ripples small.
