摘要 试验设计(DOE)是一种先进的工程综合科学研究方法,面对日益复杂的机械集成装置,很难对装置运动学性能进行试验分析,针对机械集成装置在动态高度耦合状态下的运动性能丢失的问题,以凸轮-推杆-阀三者集成装置为研究对象,构建了集成装置的运动数学模型,采用DOE优化设计的方法对其进行运动性能分析,在建模仿真平台构建了三者动态运动模型,采集了速度、加速度以及位置误差数据,试验结果表明,采用的DOE方法能很好地优化机械集成装置的运动性能。 Design of experiments(DOE)is an advanced comprehensive scientific research method.It is difficult to test the kinematics of the device in the face of the increasingly complex mechanical structure of the integrated device.The problem of loss of motion performance under the state is based on the cam-push-valve integrated deviceandConstructed a motion mathematical model of the integrated device,The DOE optimization design method is used to analyze the motion performance,and the three dynamic motion models are constructed on the modeling and simulation platform.The velocity,acceleration and position error data were collected.The experimental results show that the DOE method can optimize the motion performance of the mechanical integrated device.
