摘要
捷变技术作为通信、雷达等电子对抗的重要技术手段在电子对抗领域得到广泛应用,并以高速切换特点提升了武器装备效能。捷变技术中的功率捷变设计,既是捷变功能单元中频率捷变快速建立的保证,又是电子对抗时不可或缺的一种信号模拟手段。提出了一种利用数控衰减器在捷变信号发生器中实现信号功率捷变的设计方法,通过该设计为射频信号进行功率捷变控制,满足信号功率高速且准确变化要求。通过对设计完成的电路进行测试验证,证明该设计方法可满足捷变功能单元百纳秒量级功率捷变要求。同时也为电子对抗技术中的捷变本振激励和回波模拟提供了一种技术实现途径。
The agile technology which is widely used in the EW such as communication and radar guarantees the performance of weapon equipment due to its high switching speed.The design of power agile which guarantees the establishing of frequency agile in the part of agile functions,is a crucial method of signal simulation in the EW.In this paper,it introduces the design of power agile which using digital control attenuator.This design can implement the power agile control for RF signals and satisfy the requirement of high speed and precision for signal’power.The test results of the designed circuit show that the design method can meet the requirement of hundreds nanoseconds power agile rate in agile functional unit.Furthermore,the proposed design method also provides a technical approach for realizing the excitation of agile local oscillator and the echo simulation in electronic countermeasure technology.
