摘要 对于海缆区域船舶位置目标位置检测,提出了一种基于雷达目标识别技术与岸基船舶自动识别系统(AIS)的新型海缆水域目标联合检测算法。该算法将AIS系统接收到的船只位置信息与雷达定位目标进行拟合,获取海缆水域追踪目标的精确位置,拟合出最佳航迹,建立基于灰色GM(1.1)预测模型理论的船舶轨迹标识系统,根据信息融合后的位置坐标对船舶下一时刻位置进行预测,解决了传统目标检测方法无法对目标动态进行播报与检测精度不足的难题。实验处理结果表明,所提出的目标位置检测算法避免了人工二次计算判断的麻烦,提高了海缆区界目标识别准确率。 For the detection of ship position target position in the submarine cable area,this paper proposes a new joint detection algorithm for sea-belt water target based on radar target recognition technology and shore-based ship automatic identification system(AIS).The algorithm fits the ship position information received by the AIS system with the radar positioning target,obtains the precise position of the tracking target of the submarine cable,and fits the best track to establish the ship trajectory based on the grey GM(1.1)prediction model theory.The identification system predicts the position of the ship at the next moment according to the position coordinates after the information fusion,and solves the problem that the traditional target detection method cannot report the target dynamics and the detection accuracy is insufficient.The experimental results show that the target position detection algorithm proposed in this paper avoids the trouble of manual secondary calculation and improves the accuracy of target recognition in the submarine cable area.
