摘要
依据JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》技术规范,科学合理地评定测量不确定度,分析了数字压力计示值基本误差检定中不确定度来源主要分为测量重复性、计量标准器及箱体的控制稳定性等3个方面,选取被检表在高点1 050hPa、中间点970hPa、低点890hPa进行多次重复测量,从而计算出在每个被测点的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,分析数字压力计测量结果不确定度评定方法,对保证数字压力计的量值传递可靠具有重要意义,并对今后数字气压计测量结果不确定度分析提供了参考价值。
According to JJF1059-2012'Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty',this paper analyzes the sources of uncertainty in the calibration of basic errors of digital pressure gauges,which are mainly divided into three aspects:measurement repeatability,control stability of measuring standard and box,and selects the high point 1 050 hPa,middle point 970 hPa,and so on.The low point 890 hPa is measured repeatedly,and the combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty at each measured point are calculated.The reliability of digital pressure gauge verification is guaranteed.
