食管癌的靶向药物治疗现状

Current status of targeted therapy for esophageal cancer

食管癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,手术及放化疗治疗效果较差。食管癌的靶向药物治疗是近年临床以及药物研发的关注焦点,本文简要综述食管癌的靶向药物治疗评价。

Esophageal cancer is clinical common malignant tumor. The effects of surgery and chemo/radiation in esophageal cancer are still poor. In recent years, esophageal cancer targeted therapy has become a hot concern. This paper provides a brief review on current esophageal cancer targeted therapy.
