地佐辛联合其他药物用于术后镇痛的合理配伍

Drug combination of dezocine with other medicine for postoperative analgesia

术后疼痛是急性伤害性疼痛,有效控制术后疼痛,可减少患者的并发症,帮助患者快速恢复,尽早出院,改善术后临床转归。新型阿片受体混合激动-拮抗剂地佐辛具有成瘾性低,不良反应小的特点,是近年来在术后镇痛过程中应用较广泛的药物之一。但地佐辛的镇痛作用具有封顶效应,单用镇痛效能有限,常需与其他药物联合应用。目前针对地佐辛与其他药物的合理配伍尚无定论,本文对地佐辛联合其他药物用于术后镇痛的相关研究进行综述,旨在为地佐辛的合理使用提供依据。

Postoperative pain is a kind of acute pain. The effective control of postoperative pain can reduce the complication of patients, and help patients to recover quickly and improve the clinical outcomes after surgery. Dezocine is a mixed opioid receptor partial agonist/antagonist with lower addiction incidence and fewer adverse reactions. Dezocine is gaining popularity in clinical as an alternative medication for perioperative pain management. However, if it is used alone, the analgesic effect would be limited. Usually, dezocine needs to be used with other drugs together. The reasonable combination of dezocine with other drugs has been inconclusive. This article reviews the rational combination of dezocine with other drugs.
