他汀类药物抗肿瘤的作用机制及临床研究进展

Research progress of statins on tumor inhibition and its mechanism

他汀类药物是已知疗效明确的调脂药。近年大量研究发现他汀类药物对肿瘤具有一定的抑制作用,其作用机制可能为抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抗肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移以及抑制肿瘤血管形成。目前发现,他汀类药物对肝脏、食管、结肠、乳腺及前列腺肿瘤有较好的抑制效果,但没有明确证据可证明其对肿瘤具有预防作用。本文主要对他汀类药物抗肿瘤的作用机制及其临床研究进展进行综述。

As effective lipid-ajustment drugs, statins have a certain inhibitory effect on tumor, which is found recently. The studies have shown that the mechanism may be related to inhibit the tumor cells formation and proliferation, to promote tumor cells apoptosis. Statins have been shown to be effective in the inhibition of liver, esophagus, colon, breast and prostate tumor. But there is no clear evidence of its preventive effect on tumor. This article reviews the mechanism and clinical research progress of statins on anti-tumor.
