摘要
儿童骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)是一类造血系统恶性克隆性疾病,临床诊治难度较大。本文结合2008年世界卫生组织《骨髓增生异常综合征诊断分型标准修订版》和《儿童骨髓增生异常综合征诊断与治疗中国专家共识(2015年版)》,综述儿童MDS的诊治进展。
The myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) in children is a malignant clonal disease of hematopoietic system, which is very difficult to be diagnosed and treated in clinical. This article reviews the progress on diagnosis and treatment of MDS in children based on 'The 2008 revision of the World Health Organization(WHO) classificationof myeloid neoplasms and acute leukemia' and 'The children myelodysplastic syndrome diagnosis and treatment--China expert consensus'.
