Application evaluation of major topical ophthalmic antibacterial agents for bacterial conjunctivitis

细菌性结膜炎为一种常见的传染性眼部疾病,可波及所有年龄段人群,给患者的工作和生活带来不便。一旦发病,需及时治疗。本文主要综述了国内临床应用及国外已上市但国内尚处于研发阶段、即将上市的氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类及大环内酯类抗菌药物的临床疗效、不良反应,以期为指导细菌性结膜炎的治疗提供依据。

Bacterial conjunctivitis is a common infectious eye disease, which can bring the inconvenience for patients' life. Once it happens, we should get treatment timely. Currently, several ophthalmic antibacterial agents have been used in domestic and abroad, such as fluoroquinolones, aminoglycosides and macrolides. This review summarizes the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of these agents, to provide a reference of the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis.
