摘要
可溶性微针作为一种新型经皮给药系统,可克服角质层屏障,扩大经皮传递药物的范围,实现无痛给药和自主给药,提高患者的依从性,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述可溶性微针的制备方法及其在亲水性小分子药物和生物大分子药物经皮给药系统中的开发进展。
As a novel approach of transdermal drug delivery system,the dissolving microneedle can overcome the barrier of stratum corneum,to deliver a variety of drug to arrive target organ.This formulation can improve the patient compliance by causing no pain and self-adminstration,which has the potential for further application.This review describes the preparation method of dissolving microneedle,and its application in the transdermal delivery of drugs,which includes hydrophilic micromolecules,biological macromolecules.
