类风湿关节炎生物标记物的研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress on the biomarkers of rheumatoid arthritis

摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以慢性滑膜炎、关节软骨及骨质破坏、关节畸形及功能丧失等为主要特征的自身免疫性疾病,其病因和发病机制尚不明确,尚无特效的治疗方法。生物标记物作为重要的辅助诊疗指标,已广泛应用于RA的诊断、分型以及预后评估等诊疗过程中。蛋白类生物标记物是最早应用于临床的RA诊断标记物,炎性细胞因子水平对RA影响的研究也不断取得进展,近年来肠道菌群与RA的相关性也引起研究者的广泛关注。本文简要综述RA的蛋白类生物标记物、炎性细胞因子与RA的关系以及其他标记物的研究进展,旨在为RA的多途径、多因素早期发现RA,精准治疗RA提供理论参考。 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease with the chronic syndromes, including arthromeningitis, erosion and the damage of cartilage and bone, joint deformity and dysfunction. So far, RA pathogen and its etiopathogenesis are still unclear. Usually, the biomarkers have been widely used as important indication in RA diagnosis and its classification and prognosis evaluation. However, the protein biomarkers are firstly used as diagnostic markers in clinics. In recent years, the research on the effect of RA inflammatory cytokines, and its correlation with intestinal flora have been made great progress, which has also attracted extensive attention of researchers. This review briefly describes the progresses on RA protein biomarkers, inflammatory cytokines and other RA biomarkers, to provide a reference for RA early diagnosis and accurate treatment.
