Application of blue laser imaging in the diagnosis of early colorectal lesions

蓝激光成像(BLI)内镜是由日本富士公司研发的新型内镜系统,具有更亮、更高的分辨率,在结直肠病变的诊断中有助于结直肠息肉和大肠侧向发育型肿瘤的发现与诊断,以及早期结直肠癌浸润深度的判断。本文综述BLI在早期结直肠病变诊断中的应用研究进展。

Blue laser imaging(BLI) endoscope is a new endoscopic system of Fujifilm Corporation. Compared to the first generation of image enhanced endoscope, BLI has brighter and higher resolution, which is helpful for the diagnosis of colorectal polyps and laterally spreading tumor, and the judgement of the invasion depth of early colorectal cancer. This paper reviews the advances in the application of BLI in the diagnosis of early colorectal lesions.
