肌肉萎缩症治疗的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of muscular dystrophy

肌肉萎缩症是一组进行性骨骼肌细胞退化疾病,该病患者的骨骼肌再生反应无法满足肌细胞退化后修复过程的需求。其发病机制和诊断治疗研究近年取得了重大进展,但临床尚无成熟有效的治疗方法,基因治疗、干细胞治疗以及抗炎药物等治疗方案为肌肉萎缩症治疗的主要研究方向。本文简要综述肌肉萎缩症的治疗研究现状。

Muscular dystrophy is a group of progressive skeletal muscle cell degenerative diseases, in which the skeletal muscle regeneration reaction cannot make up the needs of rehabilitation process after muscle cells degeneration. Although significant progress has been made in the pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy of this disease, there is still no mature and effective treatment approach. Now the gene therapy, stem cell therapy and anti-inflammatory drugs treatment provide a direction in the treatment of muscular dystrophy. This article reviews the research progress in the treatment of muscular dystrophy.
