雌激素与乳腺癌关系的研究进展

Research progress on the correlation of breast cancer with estrogen

乳腺癌是目前女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,确切原因目前尚不清楚。内源性雌激素水平持续增高或外源性补充雌激素均可刺激乳腺癌组织的生长和抑制凋亡,增加乳腺癌发病率。本综述归纳雌激素致乳腺癌的发生机制和激素相关的乳腺癌危险因素,总结近年雌激素与乳腺癌内分泌治疗的研究进展。

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women, of which the exact cause is still unknown. In general, the endogenous estrogen level increasing or exogenous estrogen taken can significantly make the incidence of breast cancer increased. The major mechanism of breast cancer is that the estrogen can stimulate breast cancer cells growth and reduce apoptosis. This review describes the pathogenesis of estrogen inducing breast cancer and the risk factor of breast cancer associated with hormone, and summarizes the recent advances in estrogen and endocrine therapy of breast cancer.
