Antihypertensive treatment of gestational hypertension

妊娠期高血压是妊娠期常见病,亦是导致孕产妇死亡的主要原因,除了终止妊娠,并无有效的治愈方法。解痉和降压是目前临床两大主要治疗措施,降压治疗可减少孕产妇心血管并发症发生,但在治疗时机、目标血压等问题上仍存争议。本文综述了妊娠期高血压治疗的降压时机、药物选择以及目标血压等研究进展,以供临床参考。

Gestational hypertension is a common disease, which may result in much of maternal death. Currently, the antispasmodic and antihypertension are the main treatments. However, the antihypertension is aim to decrease the incidence of cardiovascular complications. Recently, the debate about the best treatment time and the target blood pressure still exists. This review describes the drug selection, its hypertensive occasion and the target blood pressure, to provide a clinical reference.
