摘要
成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)是由垂体和下丘脑分泌的多肽,至今已发现24种不同种类的FGF,其对消化系统、骨骼系统和皮肤软组织具有多种功能。本文综述FGF针对各类疾病的药理作用研究进展,旨在为FGF类因子的药物开发提供参考。
Fibroblast growth factor is a peptide secreted by the pituitary and hypothalamus, which has various medical effects on digestive system, skeletal system, and skin soft tissue. So far, there are 24 different species of fibroblast growth factor found. This review describes the pharmacological effects of fibroblast growth factor for the various types of disease, which aims to provide a reference for drug development.
