干眼症的动物模型研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 干眼症又名角结膜干燥症,是世界范围内主要视力问题之一,是由于眼部和/(或)全身多种因素引起的泪腺分泌少而导致眼睛干涩、眼痒、痛灼热感、分泌物黏稠甚至角结膜病变,影响视力。其病因涉及到遗传和环境因素共同作用。现有的动物模型可以重现干眼症的很多组织学特征,但未有模型能够涵盖人类干眼症的所有症状,尚缺乏合适的动物模型用于干眼症机制研究。本文就几种常见干眼症模型及其特点进行综述,为研究人员选择合适的动物模型提供参考。 Xerophthalmia also called keratoconjunctivitis sicca is one of the major visual problems,which involves the interaction of both genetic and environmental factors.The lack of lacrimal gland secretion is caused by various factors in eyes or body leads to dry eyes,itching eyes,burning sensation,sticky secretions and even corneal and conjunctiva lesions,affecting visual acuity.Existing animal models can reproduce many of the histological features of dry eye and provide insights into the underlying physiological and pathological mechanisms of this disease.However,none of them can recapitulates all of the feathers of xerophthalmia.This article describes several common xerophthalmia models and their characteristics to provide a reference for research use.
