阿司匹林等药物预防胃肠道肿瘤的研究进展

Progress in the prevention of gastrointestinal tumor by aspirin and other drugs

食道癌、胃癌和结肠直肠癌等胃肠道肿瘤的发病率及死亡率持续升高,严重危害人们健康。目前缺乏行之有效的治疗措施,急剧增加的发病率不仅给患者带来威胁,而且给家庭和社会带来了巨大的负担。自从1976年提出肿瘤化学预防的策略以来,基础、临床及药学工作者就进行了一系列广泛而深入的研究,在流行病学、药物靶点、新药研发与临床应用等领域取得了重要进展,提示肿瘤的化学预防有可能在胃肠道肿瘤取得突破。本文综述胃肠道肿瘤的化学预防、现有药物及其临床应用。

As the trend of gastrointestinal cancer occurrence and mortality is increasing, that significantly threatens human life and bring huge financial burden to both family and society. However, there is still lack of efficient treatment strategies for gastrointestinal tumor. Since the tumor chemoprevention concept proposed in 1976, many basic, clinical and pharmaceutical researchers have made huge important progresses in epidemiology, target therapy, new drug development as well as clinical applications in cancer interventions. Thus, the tumor chemoprevention might also be a perspective intervention for gastrointestinal tumor. This article describes the potential effects of chemoprevention of gastrointestinal tumor, including current drugs and their clinical applications.
