雄激素在维持男性生殖系统的正常功能方面具有非常重要的作用,下丘脑-垂体-睾丸轴通过调控睾丸间质细胞分泌的雄激素水平来维持男性的性欲及第二性征。目前,雄激素类制剂被应用在男性不育的临床治疗中,但雄激素在使用过程中也会导致一定的不良反应。通过系统地了解雄激素产生的来源和途径以及雄激素对人体的作用机制,可以全面、客观地看待雄激素的利与弊,为临床医生和科研人员的下一步工作提供参考。

Androgen plays an important role in maintaining the normal function of male reproductive system.The hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis maintains male sexual desire and secondary sexual characteristics by regulating the level of androgen secreted by leydig cells.At present,androgen preparations are used in the clinical treatment of male infertility,but it is also clearly recognized that androgen in the use of the process will cause certain adverse reactions to men.By understanding the sources and pathways of androgen production and the mechanism of androgen’s action on human body systematically,we can see the advantages and disadvantages of androgen comprehensively and objectively,in order to get further references for clinicians and researchers.
