呼吸道菌群在小儿慢性肺疾病中作用与机制研究进展

Research progress on the effect and mechanism of respiratory flora in children with chronic pulmonary disease

呼吸道菌群是近年新兴研究热点,研究发现呼吸道菌群的变化对呼吸道疾病具有重要影响。支气管肺发育不良、囊性纤维化等小儿慢性肺疾病是影响小儿呼吸系统预后的重要疾病,越来越多的研究提示呼吸道菌群在小儿慢性肺疾病发病中的作用。本文就呼吸道菌群在支气管肺发育不良、囊性纤维化中的变化、作用及其相关机制研究进行综述。

Respiratory flora is a novel research field in recent years,which plays an important role in respiratory diseases.Chronic pulmonary diseases in children such as bronchopulmonary dysplasia and cystic fibrosis can greatly affect the respiratory prognosis.More and more studies suggest the role of respiratory flora in the pathogenesis of chronic pulmonary disease in children.This article reviews the roles and possible mechanisms of respiratory flora in bronchopulmonary dysplasia and cystic fibrosis.
