摘要
新疆某铁矿选矿厂磨矿分级作业所用的传统旋流器设备老化,导致分级效果不理想,严重影响了整个二段磨矿的作业效率。选用CY350-GS-D型多椎体旋流器代替原设备,并进行了单组旋流器条件试验、两组旋流器条件试验及现场工业试验,该旋流器调试成功后,正常生产期间使用两组CY350-GS-D旋流器,分级效率相对较为稳定,平均分级量效率为60.53%,分级质效率为43.67%,选厂处理能力相应地提升了8%,达到了预期标准。
The traditional cyclone equipment used in the grinding and screening operation was aged in a certain Xinjiang iron ore concentration plant leading to poor classification results and severely impacting the operation efficiency of the whole secondary grinding.CY350-GS-D multi-cone cyclone is used to replace the original equipment.Conditional test for single group of cyclone,conditional test for double groups of cyclone,and on-site industrial test are carried out.The average classification quantity efficiency is 60.53%,the average classification quality efficiency is 43.67%.The processing capacity of concentration plant increases 8%,correspondingly,reaching the estimated standard.
