摘要
CT血管成像(CTA)技术已广泛用于血管疾病的临床诊断,其优点显著,但电离辐射、对比剂损伤等潜在问题也不容小觑。以最小的辐射剂量及最少的对比剂用量(双低剂量扫描)获得满意的CTA影像质量是当前研究的热点之一。个性化检查方案可以根据受检者的检查部位、年龄、身高、体质量等信息设定最佳的检查参数,以实现效果最优化及危害的最小化。
CT angiography(CTA)has been widely used in clinical diagnosis of vascular diseases.It has great advantages,but its potential shortcomings such as ionizing radiation and contrast agent damage can not be underestimated.One of the hotspots of current research is to obtain satisfactory CTA image quality with minimum doses of radiation exposure and contrast agent(i.e.double low dose scanning).The individualized examination scheme can set the optimal imaging parameters according to the information of the target location,age,height,and body mass,to achieve the maximum effect and minimize harm.
