缓解抑郁可提高围绝经期综合征的疗效

Alleviating depressive mood can improve the efficacy of treating perimenopausal syndrome

目的 探讨心理咨询与辅导在缓解抑郁、提高围绝经期综合征疗效上的作用。方法 将就诊于本院妇科门诊的围绝经期综合征患者分为三组 ,第一组和第二组的患者伴有抑郁症状 ,第三组患者无抑郁症状。三组均分别以雌 孕激素序贯疗法治疗 ,第一组加以心理咨询和辅导。结果 第一组和第三组患者治疗前后的改良Kupperman’s评分间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1和 P <0 0 5 )。第二组患者治疗前后Kuperman’s评分间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 通过心理咨询和辅导可缓解抑郁 ,显著提高围绝经期综合征的治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate psychological consultation and direction in the efficacy of alleviating depressive mood and improving perimenopausal syndrome.Methods The patients with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into three groups. In the first and second group,the patients had depression symptoms ;and in the third group,the patients didn't have them.All patients in three groups were treated with estrogen-progestin regimen and patients in group one with additional psychological consultation and direction.Results The modifying Kupperman's score in the first and third group had significant differences before and after treatment(P<0 01&P<0 05),but not in the second group(P>0 05).Conclusion Psychological consultation and direction can alleviate depressive mood and improve the efficacy of treating perimenopausal syndrome significantly.
