摘要
马蹄河特大桥位于贵州沿德高速公路跨马蹄河峡谷处,跨越深切山谷,两岸地质条件较好,桥面距河面高达180m。结合桥位地形、地质,对不同桥型方案进行对比,最终确定悬浇拱桥设计方案。主桥为上承式钢筋混凝土箱形拱桥,桥跨布置为2×30m预制T梁+净跨180m主拱(15×13m空心板)+2×30m预制T梁。上部结构由垫梁、拱上立柱、盖梁、简支空心板组成。主拱圈为单箱双室结构,采用挂篮悬臂浇筑法施工。交界墩为空心薄壁墩,两岸桥台均为重力式桥台。采用空间有限元程序MIDAS Civil进行结构静、动力分析,结果表明结构安全可靠。
The Matihe River Bridge is the part of Yanhe-Dejiang Expressway over the Matihe Valley in Guizhou Province.The bridge spans deep valley,with a vertical distance of 180 mcounting from the bridge deck to the water level.The geological condition of the two sides of the valley is good.Different bridge type schemes were compared in accordance with the topographical and geological conditions at the bridge site,and the cantilever-casting arch bridge scheme was finally chosen.The main bridge is a deck-type reinforced concrete box arch bridge,consisting of 2×30 m precast T beams,net 180 m-long main arch(15×13 mvoid slabs)and 2×30 mprecast T beams.The superstructure is formed of template beams,spandrel columns,cap beams and simply-supported void slabs.The main arch adopts the two-cell single box structure,constructed by cantilever casting using form travelers.The juncture piers are thin-walled hollow piers,and the abutments on the two sides are gravity abutments.The MIDAS Civil spatial finite element program was used to conduct static and dynamic analysis of the structure.And the results show that the structure is safe and reliable.
