渗碳炉、多用炉用热电偶的选择

摘要 普通的K型热电偶在渗碳炉等还原性气氛中使用时,常因选择性氧化而呈现较大的负偏差,其寿命很短。本文介绍了选择性氧化的判断方法及对策,详细叙述复合管型渗碳炉专用热电偶的研制特点、规格、型号。使用结果证明,该种热电偶不仅使用寿命长(12个月以上)、性能可靠,而且是提高产品质量、安全生产的必要保证,完全可以替代进口热电偶,为热处理行业首选产品,值得推广。 Standard Type K thermocouple used in carburizing furnace under reducing atmosphere appears often as negative deviation due to the selective oxidization,so the life time is very short. In this paper,the determine method and countermeasure of selective oxidization are introduced,and the development characteristic,specification and model of special thermocouple used in duplex protection tube type carburizing furnace are elaborated. Use results prove that this type of thermocouple not only has extended the life time( over 12 month) and reliable,but also increases the product quality and necessary quarantee of the safe production,and can completely replace the imported thermocouple. It is the first selected product in heat treatment industry and worth to be popularized.
