摘要
对45钢锁钩的锻造毛坯进行气割后正火处理的试验研究,分析了锁钩(毛坯厚度58 mm)热影响区的宽度、金相组织、晶粒度、冲击性能,明确了锁钩锻造后气割外形(留余量5 mm)→正火处理→精加工去除加工余量的加工工艺路线。
The experimental study on normalizing treatment of forging blank of 45 steel lock hook after gas cutting was carried out, and the thickness of the blank was 85 mm. The width, microstructure, grain size and impact properties of heat affected zone in lock hook were analyzed. The processing route to remove machining allowance that is gas cutting profile(remains 5 mm)→normalizing treatment→finishing process was defined.
